Artur Pak-Vartanyan

Tech Entrepreneur from Uzbekistan, Founder & CEO of Ginza Soft

Artur has been working at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and team development for over 15 years.

He leads Ginza Soft, a digital product studio and IT integrator specializing in business process automation, CRM implementation, and Microsoft solutions. The company is an official partner of Bitrix24 in Uzbekistan.

One of Artur's key focuses is Rivojy.ai, a multilingual AI platform for hands-on employee training. It allows organizations to create interactive simulators, analyze text and voice responses, and provide HR teams with skill development insights. The platform supports Uzbek, Russian, and English, and is a participant in the Google for Startups Cloud Program and Microsoft for Startups.

Artur is also developing Promo Booster, an AI-powered system for launching and managing large-scale consumer promotional campaigns.

Artur's tech products are grounded in his hands-on experience in business development and training. Since 2015, he has conducted over 1,000 training sessions for companies and organizations in various countries, including UNDP, Eriell, and Asia Trans Gas, and has facilitated strategic sessions on mission, vision, and values for more than 30 companies.

Previously, Artur was a co-founder of the startup Growy Business, which participated in programs by Plug and Play, AlchemistX, UzVC, and Uzcard VC. He also serves as a tracker and mentor at IT Park Uzbekistan. In 2020, he headed the Koryoin Korean Business Club in Uzbekistan.

Over his years of business and public activity, Artur has built a broad network of business contacts in Uzbekistan, Central Asia, the CIS region, South Korea, and beyond. He is open to new connections, sharing experience, and assisting in finding potential partners for international collaboration.

At the Global Business Bridge 2026, Artur represents Uzbekistan and is looking to collaborate with Canadian entrepreneurs, tech companies, educational institutions, and investors.
