Tatiana Domilovskaya is the President of the Canada-Eurasia Business Alliance (CEBA), a Canadian non-governmental, non-profit association established to assist companies from Canada and Greater Eurasia in developing business and technological cooperation.
Ms. Domilovskaya has over 20 years of experience building strategic alliances with government and business stakeholders, promoting corporate reputation, developing cross-border partnerships, and identifying potential trade and investment opportunities.
She is also the Founder of KNOWLEX International — a business development partnership offering a broad range of tailored non-academic study programs and advisory services for industry, business, and government professionals seeking to broaden their horizons, advance market knowledge, and build beneficial cross-border collaboration.
Tatiana moved to Vancouver in 2004. After three years of engineering design work in a privately owned company, she returned to international business development in 2009 as the Regional Director of the Vancouver Chapter of the Canada-Eurasia Chamber of Commerce until 2024, developing it into a fully sustainable division of a major international non-profit organization.
Raised in Yekaterinburg, Tatiana has worked in international relations since 1995, developing business and inter-governmental cooperation between Europe, the Americas, and CIS countries — first as Director of the EU-aided Management Consultancy Project within the Technical Assistance CIS Program (managed by A.T. Kearney), later as Deputy Director of the East Russia Representative Office of Dresdner Bank AG. From 2000 to 2004, she served as Senior Adviser on Trade and Investment at the Commercial Section of the British Consulate General in Yekaterinburg.
Tatiana graduated from the Urals State Technical University with an MSc in Metallurgical Engineering and is a PhD Candidate with research at the Institute of Machine Engineering (Urals Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences) and the Metallurgical Faculty of the Urals Federal University. She trained as a marketing and international trade and investment advisor at the Wilstrup Research Institute of Denmark (Copenhagen), Dresdner Bank AG (Frankfurt am Main), and British Trade International (London), and earned additional professional qualifications in Canada in engineering, business, and computer science.
